A More Protective and Inclusive Approach
Our newly adopted sponsorship policy is quite different as we now encourage sponsoring a
“project or shelter home for children” rather than an “individual child”. We have adopted this
policy in view of latest children’s law that protects the privacy of children and further it is
very much difficult to segregate sponsored and non-sponsored children when they all have equal
rights of care and empowerment.

In view of above situation, currently we are taking sponsorships, which collectively supports
all the children in place of an individual child. I-India will send you the regular updates on the progress of shelter home and its children.

Note: I-India charity prioritizes homeless and street children. Support includes
repatriation to families, temporary and permanent shelter, street schools, vocational training,
